System Functionality

OBPAS facilitates two critical workflows: Building Plan Permission and Occupation Certificate issuance. The process begins with an empaneled architect submitting AutoCAD drawings and documents. These undergo rigorous digital scrutiny by Junior Engineers (JE), followed by reviews from Sub-Division Engineers (SDE), and final authorization by the Executive Officer/Commissioner, resulting in a digitally signed permission letter.
