Introduction

The Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS) is a secure, transparent, and dynamic platform designed to simplify and accelerate the building plan approval process with minimal human intervention.

Developed as an in-house product, the system is built for applicants, architects, engineers, and officers. OBPAS integrates with external APIs for real-time plot validation and employs a powerful Quick DCR Scrutiny Engine that automatically analyzes submitted AutoCAD drawings as per Haryana Building Code and HSVP regulations.
